About Founder
Peggy Grüninger
A seasoned philanthropy and foundation leader, Peggy Grüninger brings over 23 years at Roche, including 11 years managing the company’s global philanthropy department and serving as Secretary to three foundation boards. She led global strategies spanning health, science, community, and culture — partnering with UNICEF, WWF, and the ICRC. With African roots and global executive experience, Peggy bridges local realities with international governance, helping organizations create measurable, lasting impact.
Today, through Diversity Compass, she advises foundations, corporations, and leaders to align purpose with performance and drive sustainable growth.
